The surrounding community has amazing clients. Everyone in the area loves golf and is friendly to many coaches.

Training aids tend to be disorganized and some are broken but you should have your own training aids anyways for the most part.

Manager is one of the caddy’s most unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with, as long as you are on his bad list he’s not on the floor enough to notice how much you can do whatever you want, which I guess I can’t complain about.

The culture environment is toxic but wasn’t always this way. Management above the manager has no idea what’s going on and how the entire staff is basically doing their own thing unless we are given a project.
