Pros

Office Space Salary Nothing else

Cons

Working at LYMA was a challenging experience due to a lack of clear direction and consistent leadership. The overall environment felt disorganised, with priorities frequently shifting and little strategic alignment from senior management. There is also a notably high level of staff turnover, with employees regularly joining and leaving within short periods. This made it difficult to build continuity within teams or maintain momentum on projects. A significant issue sits within the e-commerce function. Leadership in this area was consistently dismissive, uncommunicative, and lacking in support. Direction was unclear or absent, and feedback was minimal, leaving team members to operate without proper guidance. Multiple people left the team during this period, which had a clear negative impact on morale and performance.

Pros

Great brand and beautiful offices. Decent salary.

Cons

My experience at this company was challenging due to cultural and leadership issues. While the business has grown quickly and is an amazing brand.....There is a noticeable lack of psychological safety and support for staff. I observed a very high level of both junior and senior staff turnover and a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Communication from C level staff was harsh and I witnessed senior level staff being spoken to in ways that I felt were completely inapproriate and demoralising. This led to internal politics which impacted morale. The approach to leadership undermined age companies long term potential. I value respectful supportive working environments and was relieved to move on to a company better aligned with those values.
