Pros

Everyone is very welcoming until you realise you’re being mind tricked…

Cons

They have a very funny way of manipulating you into thinking you’re lucky to have a job there. You start the job thinking this is a great company to work for with the many events they put on for employees such as End of Year Awards, Summer party, Q1, H1 etc events, team building days out and Beer Friday. It’s funny how they can put a substantial amount of money towards these types of events/days but not pay their employees what they deserve, what they work hard for doing endless amount of hours and still being told to work harder. They make roles “redundant” but then replace that individual with a different job title but with the exactly the same responsibilities. Because of the overworked, underpaid and toxic environment Lyle & Scott is, they can’t seem to understand why peoples mental health gets triggered and they get signed off sick. … And they wonder why their turnover is high and have to recruit continuously?
