Pros
These are some of the best people I have ever worked with. While no office is perfect, the atmosphere in this one is overall the friendliest and most supportive I've ever experienced. The owners make every effort to retain our family atmosphere as we grow but also adapt and adjust to our size and number of employees.
Cons
There are always going to be "growing pains" when a company grows quickly. Management seems to be a little unorganized and trying to play "catch up" at times with adapting and changing our policies, processes, and staffing that adequately address our growth.
