      Pros

      Decent pay for the work you do. Decent amount of overtime on a weekly basis which is voluntary so you work what you want.

      Cons

      communication could be better between supervisor and employees, some employees that have been around for a long time are getting lazy.

      Pros

      Lycoming Engines has a great company culture and the location is only a few hours away from bigger cities like Philadelphia and New York City.

      Cons

      There's a fair amount of things to do in Williamsport, but if you are looking for a young city you will be disappointed.
