I have not seen that much products and services get managed and maintained by few employees. The company is very diverse, which makes it interesting company to work for. Employees are empowered, and creativity is highly valued in this company.

It is really hard to recommend this job to friends due to expectations. The standard is really high. Work can be really stressful and burnout due to several factors like bear market, luck, low employee head count. Leaders can get really stressed out, and it gets contagious to employees.
