Very growth oriented environment here, upper management encourages us to ask question and recommend suggestions about how we can improve our current operations and procedures. I didn't feel like I was just another widget in a cubical.

There are no food places within walking distance so be prepared to bring your own lunch or order in.

Honestly can't think of any pros

Deadlines were never clear, no real sense of direction. Horrible and shady location. Unappreciative of talented employees and salaries offered were laughable. Also just a shady company altogether - believe the negative reviews that you see about the quality of their products. Would not recommend.
