      Poor handling of human resources - Senior Project Manager Luxoft Employee Review

      Pros

      - work from home 100% (it is a pro, but by the end of it, it was more of a con due to lack of social interaction)

      Cons

      - underpaid, no pension fund, - no bench policy, meaning you have to fight with the clients to get a seat on a project. If no projects, you are being let go without further notice - Salespeople are incapable of selling the CLM products - they will get rid of you without making any effort to try and place you in another project, even if it out of your comfort zone. - I have never seen any company treating their employees so poorly in more than 20 years of experience. - if you have no other choice, you can take a job with them, but continue looking for anything else.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
