Pros
- flexible working hours in remote positions - great starting point - okayish salaries - lots of resources to learn (learning department, udemy business) - colleagues are mostly fun
Cons
- really, and I mean REALLY be catious when dealing with project managers, they can behave like blind, drink and quadriplegic children in a mist, and be really sensitive when it comes to someone disagreeing with them (which only happened with two people for me, but weird that it did happen twice) - (depends on the project) I dont know if its Luxoft itself, their sales team or the managers, but they are really bad at negotiating contract terms with their clients, pretty much you're going to be a part of a lapdog horde that obeys any order of the client - okayish salaries, dont expect to break a bank working here
