Communication from Leadership is nearly non-existent unless they are upset about something No staff meetings so no regular connection and discussion, and no place to bring up questions or concerns, or learn about new properties or people Leadership jumps to conclusions and makes assumptions, then approaches employees in anger without asking any questions or for clarification - typically after not being tuned in to any of the day-to-day for at least many days, if not several weeks. Very little positive feedback or encouragement - almost no acknowledgement of anything good...either silent, or vocal when upset
