Pros
Some interesting projects if you are lucky to find one. Some time ago I would say that it's a wonderful company, but not these days.
Cons
It seems the situation is getting worse. No new projects, many projects are about to close, pay raises are almost frozen, the bench is dramatically reduced to 4 weeks, IM barely works, many people with years of experience were forced to leave the company during the last year. So don't expect that you'll be able easily switch a project or to find a new project once the old one is done. Too many managers doing who knows what. Some time ago I saw about 10 levels of different intermediate "managers" and "directors" between me and executives level. Doesn't look promising.
