      Pros

      I have been working at Luxoft for over a year now, and so far It has been an excellent experience. Luxoft offers a lot of project opportunities, and also provides internal mobility to its employees. You will get promoted based on your skills not based on office politics. Luxoft takes good care of its employees. For me relocation process to Poland was smooth. Luxoft provides a 13th-month salary during inflation in 2022-23, Overall, I highly recommend Luxoft to anyone seeking an employer that values its employees and offers growth opportunities. Luxoft is a fantastic company to work for, and I look forward to continuing my career here.

      For me, there are no major cons, but it depends on the location and projects and what kind of experience you get here :)

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
