No pros. Only monthly salary at time. Loyalty points for small gifts to keep employees happy.
Cons
Long list. There would be many that you can find in other reviews also like, Hire and fire company. No ethics. No job security. No empathy on employees career and personal life. Hidden and half information while onboarding people. But they have screwed their own reputation in 2022. Hired mass and fired almost 80% of them , god knows what is their strategy. Thier internal mobility is a scam also where you can get fired in 1 month if you don't get project. They pay employees for good reviews in social media, so don't believe the reviews. P.S. This review is only for Luxoft Poland, I am not sure about other countries but please don't keep any hope !!
