      Pros

      Very flexible working hours Good Private Health Insurance Good place to get started. Nice working environment and atmosphere. Good Human Resources team. Good internal trainings

      Cons

      Seniors are underpaid, in my oppinion. Yearly bonuses are quite low. Considering the Cons mentioned above I would say it's not a very good place to be a Senior. You work for a few years trying to build a career and your salary and you end up disappointed when you look arround the offers present on the market. Seniors in a serious Company shouldn't consider movin because of low pay.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
