Pros
Easy to come to this company, good change to start if you just graduated from university. They have courses of Java and Javascript and so on. It is very useful if you are student. You can also write your own course. They have several really good Software Architects, so use this change to talk to them. Ok, you MUST use this chance.
Cons
Hard to increase your salary. Hard to change your project if you want to do it if it is too boring. The uses old technologies, RUP and so on, so development goes slower than you expect. You will not have any chance to offer new feature because all is documented, but you can be lucky and have good project.
