      Pros

      Its placing client working places, management will not bother you to do any additional work related to company admin work. Do only what ever assigned by client, no extra work. Good trainings with in the company on Technology, domain. Lot of webinars on policies and personal improvements. Provides good health insurance, 401k match max upto 4% and holidays. Immediatly resolving if any issue with client.

      No close monitoring what employee doing at client place

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
