      Pros

      Quite dynamic. Attempts to create a pleasant work environment. Has interesting clients and contracts. Decent salaries.

      Cons

      There seems to be some contradiction between what top management wants and what the middle-management wants. The main problem is some would not do their best to share knowledge, most likely for fear they may have to relocate to another country or lose their job. This is the main problem having in view the desire of top management to create development centers in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria besides those in Ukraine and Russia.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
