      Pros

      Stable, respectful, flexible. Decent internal systems, and business processes are not burdensome. Some opportunities for free-style learning via courses and webinars.

      Cons

      Nobody cares very much about your growth as developer here, but it's not like there are no opportunities for those who already have motivation. Also, remote being remote, but not having *seen* your teammates after 1/2 year of working with them feels strange. Is this the new 'corporate culture'?

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
