      Pros

      Work in Luxoft is very comfortable due great Luxoft management and good client side management. Developers/Teammates has really high hard/soft skills. Internal mobility program allow to change a project/client when or if you want. Luxoft has a good support for relocated employees. Luxoft give an opportunity to make a skills stronger and learn new technologies. Also, if you want, you can learn the languages of foreign colleagues like Spanish, Portugal, Polish, Russian or any another one

      Cons

      dependent of client: WFH isn't possible dependent of client: work at "clean room"

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
