      Pros

      Big company with plenty of clients in different areas. It's possible to apply your skills and expertise and to develop yourself through the hard- and soft-skills courses the company provides to its employees for free.

      Cons

      Once you become a key employee in one line of business / technology sector, it can be really hard to try something else inside the company as your management tends to tight you to the domain you are proficient in. Also, due to big size of the company, it is sometimes sluggish and the communication can be really slow.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
