      Pros

      - A lot of different projects - well saying bad or good about this company is the same as saying good or bad about country by visiting only one city. Different clients, projects and you might have to try your luck to find what you like. - Training center - it's really good if you are interested in gaining new knowledge. - Relocation - there is an opportunity to change your location without leaving company as it has offices in different locations.

      Cons

      - Legacy infrastructure and software - it's cleint's infrastrcuture which is not possible to change or improve, you have to live with it or change project.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
