      Pros

      They offered more than I initially asked. I have experienced no delays in payment. Good customer. Good technologies on my project.

      Cons

      Teammates are not very polite. Same as management. Expect to get emails that will show you how much you are valued, realize that you are just a contractor, one of thousands. Most of internal trainings are outdated enterprise technologies. Be prepared that you will be asked to import security certificate in your browser and all your traffic will be scanned.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
