Pros

Most of teams work remotly and have flexible work hours. Some projects are interesting Quite good internal mobility program All people in the company can speak English Company provide help of relocation specialist in case of relocation. Company will compensate some of your relocation expenses, like gasoline, hotel booking (up to 2 weeks) and plane/train tickets.

Cons

No salary raises for last few years (even in case of promotion) No annual bonuses, No bonuses for project extraordinary achievements, No aniversary bonuses. Usually projects don't allocate enough time for self-learning. If you have any kind of problem in a project(bad planing, bad requirements, lack of specialists, etc.), in most of the cases - managment will ignore it. Some managers use rough or/and abusive language to employees.

Pros

- Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

Cons

- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
