      Salary in time and medical insurance

      Cons

      No projects luxoft managers good but they are dummies everything handling by DXC they are doing micro mangement.internal mobility waste first should fire them no use with them. No work life balance .internal interviews very hard to clear instead u can get outside offer . Only java projects u will get more and dificult to crack it. all DXC managers useless no respect to the employees.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
