      Pros

      Great exposure to automotive AI projects (e.g. ADAS, perception, and ML pipelines). Access to strong internal tooling, AWS cloud stack, and large-scale data infrastructure. Supportive direct managers and technically competent peers. Reasonable work-life balance despite complex projects. Opportunity to contribute to production-grade ML systems, not just prototypes.

      Cons

      Corporate processes and bureaucracy can slow down innovation. Communication between global teams (e.g. Germany–Poland–India) can be fragmented. Limited flexibility in choosing technologies outside predefined stacks. Career growth and promotion paths sometimes unclear. Occasional disconnect between delivery timelines and realistic ML experimentation cycles.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
