      Management don't care about the employee or the family life of the employee and when you have to go out on medical leave to have a operation to save your life they just crap can you because the company is ran by people that do not know how to run a company. It is the good boys club

      Pros

      Great heritage and culture, but forward focused company! Pays well, probably above average for the area, and negotiates with its union employees in good faith. Also pays non-union employees well. Opportunities for advancement for those who are effective at their jobs and willing to learn. Good benefits.

      Cons

      401K match isn't excellent, but employees have lots of control over their investments.
