Pros
Pay was above average but not on par for Distilleries/Brewers/Teamsters in the area. Actually did have a pension plan, and the majority of workers stuck together as a team.
Cons
Management aren't qualified for their positions; managers without degrees nor experience in the shop. Intimidation and harassment in the form of write ups, people on FMLA having their paperwork thrown away or intimidated into not using it, sexual discriminiation, and laying off of workers while running one shift short of people.
