Navigating personal growth was challenging because the team had only two designers, including myself.

Great working environment that encourages employees to work comfortably and be confident with their work. Despite your position in the company, you are always encouraged to provide your own opinion and suggestion which could help the company to grow or improve. As you work there, you should not expect yourself to be only doing administration work, as the company will assign you with tasks that are related to your major, in which you could put your knowledge and skill into practice. All in all, this company is a great platform for individuals that are seeking for opportunities to grow and willing to learn things that are beyond their area of expertise.
