Pyramid scheme - Client Service Representative Lux Associates Employee Review

I am still in school studying Business Administration, but I wanted to get my foot in the door and take on an internship that would be meaningful to my personal growth, career, and resume. Starting from entry level and working my way into management I was able to put my education into action and more. I learned the ins and outs of finance, leadership, office duties, sales and marketing, training, business acumen, and everything in between to create a long term successful career out of the experience. The company culture is fast-paced and centered around the growth of its employees, however, it hardly ever feels like work!

It's a very competitive and fast-paced industry where there is no shortage of amazing opportunity; however, that opportunity does not exist if you're not willing to put in the work to get there. Your success is all dependent on yourself and how you incorporate your training in every level.

The opportunity Lux has given me is second to none. The company culture is sublime, with so much support from all the people around me. Everybody in the company is so positive from the CEO all the way to somebody on their first day! The growth and opportunity that Lux is giving me will set me up for future success in all my endeavors! It's so motivating to be a part of such a positive growing company that has no politics involved and has an incredible portfolio of brand name sports and entertainment clients. The fact that there are no cubicles is a big pro for me and I really enjoy the challenging and competitive work. I absolutely love how everybody is pulling for everybody to continuously do better and thrive for success!

The only con I can think of is that you actually have to work, nothing is given to you, you have to earn your success.
