* Little to no pressure to work overtime * Lots of opportunity to learn interesting technologies * Interview process was simple and not drawn out

* Low base pay for the region (Boston) * Low raises (I know a software engineer with nine years experience that was making $130,000) * Revoking the previous hybrid policy and getting closer and closer to fully in office. No additional benefits even though many joined during two days in office hybrid. No feedback taken from employees. * Co-ops hired being told they had hybrid policy were then told the week before they started they had to be in office five days a week
