      Good people, fast paced, and work can be very rewarding. Starting salary is good. Significant opportunities for career growth if you want it enough.

      Cons

      Advancement and salary increases are not as good. It's hard to break free from the planned advancement track / ladder. Company is getting large and losing the small company feel.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
