There is alot of bigotry on day shift. The environment is full of fingerpointers if you're not careful. There's a lack of understanding of mental health and a lack of care taken to protect the employee. An employee's destiny within the company is predetermined within the first few months. If no opportunities are given to you as a new hire, you might never recieve any opportunities off of the same line. As well, people will throw you under the bus from time to time, the environment is highly competitive and cutthroat.
