      Pros

      Paid vacation, a fun environment and steady raises. Most days are pretty enjoyable and management does not micro manage. Friendly coworker.

      Cons

      Stubborn upper level management. It is hard to get anything changed even if it is not working. Very old school in terms of operations and change.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
