      Great starting salary, my immediate manager was supportive and reasonable. Just wasn't what I was looking for in a position.

      Cons

      I was told that there was 3 weeks of training before going on support and it turned out that I was on Teir 2 support in 6 days,.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
