      Higher pay than most in the area

      Cons

      No direction from Management. They are all over the place. Takes forever for any project to become reality. Work contractors to the bone then spit them out and move on.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
