Pros
Having left Lutron for almost a year, I had some time to reflect on my time at Lutron. There are a lot of great things going on for this company, especially in Engineering, devotion to quality, constant strive for improvement, and the generally collaborative nature of the company across departments. If you are an engineer, this is one of the best places to start a career. If you have a reason to settle down in NE Pennsylvania, this is probably one of the best places to remain for the rest of your career.
Cons
The root of all the cons for Lutron is its business model and profitability, which results in short term thinking, lower pay (almost non-existence bonus), travel policies that were frustrating and less than stellar company perks compared to other tech companies. I mean, the location is not that great, and without perks, it's hard to attract the talent they need. Part of it is probably because of the industry itself, but I think mainly Lutron can do a much better job marketing their products.
