She has surrounded herself with people that will not challenge her decisions. Company is in financial straits. No bonuses, no cost of living raises (but current management get promoted with salary increases). Hiring freezes unless you are at the Corp. level. Cutting 403b employer matching. Health insurance premiums have increased. Numerous life, safety issues, not being addressed. Company has no money, but can paint and decorate the corporate office.
