Pros
-Flexible work schedules, willing to work around any family events or personal change in life -Pays pretty decent for the work you are doing -great entry level position -Management is great and appreciative of the work you do -Will be treated to lunch occasionally -Great culture, it's very hard to get fired in this company
Cons
-growth can be limited, show eagerness and ability to initiate, you may need to get underpaid for the amount of work you do for a bit but promotions and pay increases are there if you try, but never guaranteed -sometimes management will require you to fulfill other roles or positions that is not yours with no additional pay
