Lustre is a small company, and with that, each employee is allowed to tackle many different aspects of production, research, and everything in between. The office is located in Capitol Hill and the company atmosphere matches that. The balance of professionalism and creativity is just right.

With such a small company, some of the big-company perks are missing.

Location was nice, office manager was great, some of the staff was talented and good to work with as well.
