Pros
I've worked at Lusive for almost 4 years and have been offered great opportunities here - they like to promote from within and I've been promoted twice and hope to keep gaining more experience and more responsibility (and more money of course!) This is the dream design job that I always wanted back in school - its hard work but its worth it! Also they have a good 401K / Profit Sharing plan and each year they put the max amount into our health savings accounts - my friends with HSA accounts both have to contribute their own money into them in order to save anything - their employers only offer the plans but contribute no money into them. At Lusive they've put in more than $2000 each year and I've only spent a few hundred dollars in that time - the rest is yours to keep and invest. They really try to help us build a future here at Lusive!
Cons
Its tough when a company grows as fast as this company has grown, but everyone here pitches in and works together. Even during the recession this company added probably 20 employees or so - Some people don't really want to work that hard but luckily they don't last long in this fast paced environment! The people that work well as a team, stay for the long term and are rewarded for it! One year during the worst recession I didn't get a raise - but they still gave out really generous christmas bonuses and contributed money to our 401K benefit every year I've worked here.
