Pros
Great learning experiences on all levels. You are given the opportunities to work on different design projects. The owner has great trust in her employees to go on job sites and interact with clients. There is flexibility in hours so it's easy to manage around personal life.
Cons
Lush Living Design doesn't offer benefits. Most people need benefits with there jobs so you would need to be covered through someone else.
