Pros
Most of the employees at Luno are very kind, you will never feel lost or alone. I started as a graduate software engineer and had no prior coporate experience. When I got to Luno, I didn't know what to expect and the treatment was great, all my senior colleagues took me under their wing and I will forever be greatful for that.
Cons
No pension fund. Recent retrenchments left a lot of people out of work.
