      Pros

      Luno really treats their employees well. * Plenty of benefits, including benefits focusing on mental health. * Constantly making sure my salary was inline with industry norms. * Workload is very decent, enables good work-life balance. * Work from home 100% of the time if you like. Best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      There are not many things that Luno does not do well as a company. Perhaps hiring too fast is one thing that I would critique them for. Hiring too fast meant that they had to implement downsizing recently due to market turmoil.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
