      Pros

      - Dedicated Developer Experience team, whose job is to make other developers' lives easier - Mostly good documentation - Lots of socials - V. quick cycle from writing code to deployment - Great consistency across teams: no teams seem to be "siloed"

      Cons

      - Teams are split across different locations, is slightly harder to collaborate sometimes - Seems like we have a "Move fast and break things" approach, which has its negatives too, but in general I am supportive of it

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
