      Pros

      There are no egos at Luno. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. The company is growing at an extremely fast rate but is managing to maintain their company culture, which it takes very seriously. There is also room for growth and development. Also, free catered lunches are a great plus.

      Cons

      No medical aid or retirement benefits.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
