      Pros

      Significant amount of money spent in research. Focused on CNS. Copenhagen is a great town to visit. Workload is on the light end compared with other organizations.

      Cons

      Poor decision makers. Lacking sense of direction and spread over too many CNS disease areas. Not a global spirit. Too busy trying to show who the happiest people alive are. Excessively process-oriented.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
