      nice culture on global perspective, not so much bureaucracy, great products and innovative treatment

      Cons

      in small affiliattes too much micromanagment,, many responsibilities hiden under general job descriptions, local nanagment not able to go with changes, sticks to obsolete practice, autocratic managment

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
