      Pros

      Good atmosphere,Employee friendly, Stable team, All people know each other and can talk to anybody in hierarchy so no problem about that. Also they listen and less intervene.

      Cons

      Slow processes, Lacks agility,No focus or no emphasis on strategy building or team building. Less guiding and employee capability building. Seems to maintain a low profile.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
