      The associates are very friendly and supportive. The leaders are very approachable and encouraging. Good effort of emphasis on good culture in general. Some flexibility given for work hour which is helpful.

      no bonus, pure commission very flat hierarchy typical of an SME one manager who was quite toxic and micromanaged everyone except himself. he never hit his targets but breathed down his team members’ necks on theirs.
