      Pros

      Flexible work hours and positive culture. Bosses are understanding towards associates' family priorities .

      Cons

      Politics among the territorial thin-skinned people in management. Many had left these 2 years. Lack of resources. Stressful numbers to meet every month.

I agree that we do have a fast-paced and KPI-driven culture and it might not be for everybody. I thank you for your positive feedback that the bosses are understanding towards associates' family priorities. At the end of the day, we believe that family always comes first and we want to always do our best to support our associates in ways that we can.       Pros

      - Industry Pioneer as started in 21 years (2004) in the dating industry - Our intention when starting was to create and sustain the right culture ne Core Values for Lunch Actually from day 1 which will be positive, forward-looking and supportive. - There has been ups and downs but generally we always try to do their right thing.

      Cons

      - We are still a small company which means even though we have perks, they are not MNC level. - It is not an easy industry and even if we do our best, it’s a very personal and sometimes unpredictable with so many range of human emotions involved.
